GUARANTEE LOG

WARRANTY COVERAGE:

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. During the applicable warranty period, Laguna Outdoor Grills will repair or replace, at its option, any defective part at no charge to the original owner.

Guarantee exclusions:

This guarantee DOESN´T cover the next cases:

• Normal wear and tear of the product, including discoloration of parts exposed to heat.
• Damage caused by improper use, negligence, accident, alterations or modifications to the product.
• Corrosion or wear resulting from exposure to corrosive environments, inappropriate chemicals or liquids.
• Damage caused by the use of inappropriate fuel.
• Any damage resulting from commercial use of the product.
• Does not include transportation/shipping in case of replacement guarantee.
  

Procedure to Claim the Guarantee:

To make a claim under this warranty, the owner must:

1. Contact Laguna Outdoor Grills customer service at sales@stam.mx sales@stam.mx

2. Provide proof of original purchase and product serial number.

3. Send photographs or evidence of the defect, if required.

Laguna Outdoor Grills will evaluate the claim and determine if the product is eligible for repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty. If necessary, the owner must cover the shipping costs of the defective product.

Responsability Limitations:

Laguna Outdoor Grills' liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product under the terms of this warranty.

Laguna Outdoor Grills is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or malfunction of the product, except where prohibited by local laws.
